You'll have unlimited access to our full timetable for 21 days. Your coach will recommend the best sessions based on your goals, ability, and schedule, but how often you train is up to you. Most members aim for 2-4 sessions per week to stay consistent and recover well.
The programme starts from the day you have your first session, not the day you pay. If you want to join the programme but have plans coming up and don't want to miss out on that time, you can choose to start any date after you have paid.
At the end of the programme, you'll have a 1:1 review with your coach to reflect on your progress and map out your next steps. Most people continue into membership to keep the structure, coaching and momentum going.
